Biography

His art is diverse in genres, stylistics and artistic manner. The painter, graphic artist, teacher, public figure, he went through the classic stages of becoming an artist: from professional mastery of drawing and realistic painting to the formal solution of the pictorial plane, abstraction and generalization. The creative output is represented by the works of a wide time range, which shows the creative evolution of the artist by virtue of cognition and reflection.

Oleksandr Serdiuk was born on November 7, 1982 in a family of professional artists in Kharkiv. He obtained his professional art education at the Kharkiv Art School (1997-2002) and the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Fine Arts (2002-2008). He became a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine in 2010.The artist received a prestigious title Honored Artist of Ukraine in 2018.
