She ceaselessly intends to capture on a canvas, all the beauty that delights her. One’s inaccuracy in portraying the real, according to Olga, is priceless, since it’s inherent only to the artist. Olga adores the concept of youth, temptation, mania, deception, delight and illusion. She endeavours her work, not just artistically but also, as an introspective, cautiously interpreting the riddles she acknowledge in the materialistic world. After a deeper understanding of the conventions in art, Olga reveals that the best way to perceive the details in vision is to look beyond them; admitting the task to be arduous, not just in painting but, in life as well!

As it’s said by Gustave Flaubert, there is no truth; there is only perception! The central theme of Olga’s art in this series is humanity and its boundless perceptions. Through this series, the artist pursues the viewers to understand the inward significance of everything around us. “There are things known and there are things unknown, and in between are the doors of perception.”- a quote, by Aldous Huxley, Olga believes in. The views of both an artist and an observer contribute to the understanding of art, and the first is not distinguished in its importance from the second.

For Olga, drawing and painting are the mediums for expressing her perception of the reality. She fixes an impression on a canvas, approximating it realistically, and further ensues by comprehending it through her persona. Ultimately, her work is not just an outstanding piece of art portrayed in her own language, but also a window, for the viewer to cognize a wide spectrum of perceptions while ruminating their own reflections on it. “Replication, reproduction, accessibility and the absence of uniqueness which are designed to make life more convenient, have only impoverished our existence due to loss of the innate feelings of lack and limitations as human beings”, says the artist.
